Our safety team:

Administers physicals and drug tests
Conducts driver meetings
Conducts Safety Awareness Programs
Monitors the safety characteristics of each account and the assigned drivers and identifies trends and frequencies in types of vehicle collisions taking place.
Develops and implements vehicle collision prevention programs using state of the art video communication training aids.
Holds frequent safety meetings and reviews with clients and employees.
Presents monetary and material safety awards to recognize safe driving and courteous relations with clients and their customers.
Monitors all changes and/or effects of state and federal safety regulations and requirements
Conducts complete hazardous materials training.

Vanguard employees must meet the highest standards… ours. We utilize a refined battery of tests and procedures to evaluate all applicants' qualifications, experience and personality to determine employment worthiness. We personally interview each employee before assignment to an account.

Once assigned to a client, we:

Obtain certificates of compliance, Commercial Drivers Licenses, Annual Reviews and other expiring documents.
Administer drug, alcohol, hair testing and physical compliance programs
Maintain Motor Vehicle Records and Certificate of Violations
Handle all D.O.T. employment paperwork
Continually update D.O.T. driver file
